Town of Lancaster NY Real Property Tax Information
| Town of Lancaster | Taxes may be paid electronically online. Credit/Debit Card users will be assessed a fee equal to 2.5% of the payment amount and eCheck users will be assessed a $1.00 flat fee. All fees are assessed by the banking onstitution and are retained in total by the banking institution. Taxes can be paid by mail with a personal check, bank draft or money order; receipts will be issued by return mail. Taxes can also be paid in person at the Tax Department in cash or with a personal check, bank draft or money order. Checks should be made payable to Johanna M. Coleman, Town Clerk. There are additional office hours during February and October. Please refer to the back of your tax bill for the schedule. |
